We will issue a refund if:
• You were charged but never received your download link
• The files are corrupted or won't open
• You were charged more than once for the same order
Orders can't be cancelled once placed, because delivery is instant and automatic. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we'll handle it under the exceptions above.
Approved refunds are processed within 2 business days; your bank or card issuer then usually takes a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
If something is wrong, please email us first. We'd far rather fix it directly than have you dispute the charge with your bank, and we reply quickly.
